Shipping Policy

At UrbanVerse LLC, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped, processed, and delivered.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance (for international orders).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your shipment status online.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

UrbanVerse LLC is not liable for lost or damaged items after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We can assist with submitting a claim if necessary.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
