- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Digital products or downloads
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
5. Exchanges
